Lawrence greeted me warmly at the door. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast featured an excellent selection and very good Shakshuka.

The reception team was not customer-service oriented. They added 5% extra on my bill as additional charges. They apologized and removed it later.
